Endourology and urolaparocopy Association was formed in 1382, the founding board members:

Dr.Abas Basiri-Dr.Simforoosh-Dr.Mousavibahar -Dr.Najafi Smnany-Dr.Mohammad Reza Naseh- Dr. Ismail Musapour-Dr.Hassan Ahmdnya- Dr. Ziaei- Dr.Shadpur- Dr.Maghsoudi had a purpose.

The first license was issued to the License Board of the Ministry of Health, 1382.

 The initial board members with Dr. N simforoosh (Chairman) -Dr.Abbas Basiri (Secretary) -Dr.etmadian (Treasurer) - Dr.M yunesi (inspector) - Dr.Pourmand  and the Dr.Mohammad Darabimahboob (Board of Directors) was formed.
 Since the adoption of the new Constitution of 1387.

Board on the Registration of Companies: The Dr.Basiri (Chairman) - Dr.simforoosh (Vice President) - doctor Seyyed Habib Allah Mousavibahar (Secretary) - Dr.HR naseh (in charge of welfare and trade) - Dr.Ismail Musapur (Treasurer ) - Dr.Mohammad Najafi Semnani (head of public Relations and International) - Dr.seyed mpohsen Ziaee (inspector) - Dr.Mohammad sedehi and Dr.hayat Mombini  (a member of the board) and her Dr.R maghsoudi (chairman of the scientific Committee).

Time to get registered by the Companies Registration Office of the date is 6/17/1393.
